ATLAS · EXACTIUS

Shared context → connected execution

A teammate that can remember, reason and act across the work.

Atlas is the foundation for a new operating layer at Exactius: persistent business context, connected tools, reusable expertise, and increasingly intelligent execution loops.

01 · What Atlas is

A shared operating intelligence layer.

Atlas combines a persistent context base with reasoning, tools and reusable workflows. It can work in Slack, inspect connected systems, produce artifacts, and run approved tasks on a schedule.

It does not replace domain owners. It helps their expertise travel further, stay available longer, and connect to the rest of the business.
01 / MEMORY

Knows the business

Company foundations, partner context, roles, workflows, decisions, learnings and current operational state.

02 / REASONING

Connects the dots

Traverses sources and disciplines instead of answering from a single document, dashboard or conversation.

03 / ACTION

Uses the tools

Reads connected systems, drafts and updates work, creates reports, publishes artifacts and verifies outcomes.

04 / CONTINUITY

Improves over time

Captures feedback, reusable methods and outcome history so good work becomes repeatable infrastructure.

02 · The stack

Modular by design. Context at the center.

WHY IT MATTERS

The model can change. The interface can change. The valuable asset is the governed context, connected tooling, accumulated methods and feedback history that sit underneath.

03 · The self-improvement loop

Every useful interaction can make the system better.

Shared
context
01Observe the work
02Reason + execute
03Capture feedback
04Encode the method
05Reuse + measure
Teach once, reuse many times.Corrections become context. Repeatable methods become skills. Stable tasks can become scheduled automations.
Improvement is evidence-led.Atlas should retain the action, the reason, the result and the correction, not just the final answer.
Human control stays explicit.Atlas can improve how approved work is done. It does not self-authorize new access, strategy or consequential actions.
R&D owns the capability layer.Teams bring needs and domain conventions. R&D evaluates safety, value and architecture before expanding scope.

04 · How Atlas is being used

Early rollout. Real work. Clear pull from users.

05 · What Atlas is capable of

Much more than today’s usage.

The existing foundation supports a broad set of outcomes. What is live today is only the first slice.

01

Retrieve

Find the right task, source, meeting, asset, decision or prior learning with evidence.

02

Synthesize

Turn fragmented Slack, meetings, decks and work systems into coherent operational context.

03

Analyze

Compare performance, identify patterns, generate hypotheses and expose missing dimensions or evidence.

04

Produce

Create briefs, recaps, reports, decks, pages, copy, task drafts and decision-ready summaries.

05

Coordinate

Track dependencies, surface approvals, route follow-ups and connect Creative, PM, Performance and Data.

06

Execute

Run approved repeatable workflows, update connected systems, verify results and improve the operating method.

06 · Where we are now

The foundation is working. The data meaning is not finished.

Live foundation

  • Omaze DE partner context with Creative as the deepest operational lane
  • Persistent context from meetings, Slack, ClickUp, decks, Figma and source documents
  • Read-only BigQuery access for bounded creative-performance questions
  • Scheduled ingestion, reporting and team-facing workflow automations
  • Git-backed provenance, declared gaps and human review boundaries

Where it could go next

  • Deeper Data Analytics context and a governed semantic/query layer
  • Performance-team operating context, decision rules and source authority
  • Data Science workflows, model context and safe handoff points
  • Reliable definitions for grain, attribution, freshness, KPIs and exceptions
  • Connections that let operational context call specialized data intelligence
IMPORTANT

Connection to BigQuery is not the same as understanding the business meaning of the data. Until the semantic and operational context is deep enough, broad performance conclusions should remain qualified and human-reviewed.

07 · The roadmap

Context first. Intelligence next. Execution loops after that.

PHASE 01

Build the foundation

Connect the sources. Map workflows. Establish context layers, ownership, evidence rules, trust boundaries and team feedback loops.

PHASE 02

Connect context to data

Add semantic meaning, performance and DS expertise. Combine operational reality with reliable metrics, dimensions, forecasts and hypotheses.

PHASE 03

Close the loop

Move from insight to governed action: recommend, execute, measure, learn and continuously optimize specific business loops.

FIRST PARTNER

Omaze DE is the proving ground, not the final boundary. Once the architecture and methods are reliable, reusable company and squad components can be combined with partner-specific context for additional partners.

08 · The target operating loop

From scattered work to a system that learns from every action.

01CollectContext, metrics, decisions, creative, actions and outcomes.
02DetectMovement, friction, opportunities, risk and unexplained variance.
03DiagnoseConnect operational evidence with performance and domain meaning.
04DecideRecommend the next test, action, budget shift or workflow intervention.
05ExecuteTake approved action through the correct system and owner.
06MeasureTrack impact against the intended objective and confidence level.
07LearnLog the action, reason and result. Retrain the method and repeat.
THE SHIFT

The future may include Atlas in Slack, but it will also include specialized agents optimized around specific loops: creative-performance feedback, funnel optimization, campaign operations, executive monitoring and other bounded execution systems.

09 · The vision

Connect the departments. Compound the context. Improve the work.

Creative sees what Performance sees. Performance understands what Data means. Data retains the operational reason behind every metric.

Use itBring Atlas real work, not demo questions.
Correct itFeedback is part of the system, not an afterthought.
Shape itBring R&D the loops and friction worth solving next.
